TASTING NOTES
Our 2011 Sofia Blanc de Blancs offers bright aromas of tangerine, peaches, and pears along with a beautiful note of honeysuckle. Light and elegant on the palate, sweet hints of tropical fruit and pineapple mingle with quince and zesty green apples.
